Real estate teams pay for leads and then lose many of them before anyone calls back. Leads arrive at night, at weekends and while agents are out at showings. An AI voice agent closes that gap: it calls each new lead as it arrives, has a real conversation, qualifies it and books the appointment, and hands the lead to a person when one is needed.
We build these agents on On Call, our own AI voice agent for real estate teams.
What the agent handles
- Speed to lead. As soon as a lead lands in the CRM, the agent calls it, day or night.
- A real conversation. It follows your team's own scripts, market, price points and the objections your agents actually hear, not a generic bot script.
- Qualification at a glance. Buying or selling, timeline, price range, financing, area, whether the lead already has an agent, and what is behind the move, delivered as a short summary.
- Booking. It books the appointment on the right agent's calendar.
- Live transfer. When a lead is ready to talk to a person, the agent transfers the call mid-conversation.
- Everything in the CRM. Calls, recordings, transcripts, summaries and the qualification data are written to the contact automatically.
Built on On Call, our own product
On Call is a Voir Labs product, and we run it for the teams that use it. It connects to Follow Up Boss today. Because we built it and run it, we can shape the agent around how your team sells instead of fitting your process to a fixed tool. Read the On Call case study for how it was built.
What stays human
The agent fills the hours nobody can cover. It does not replace your agents.
- Hot leads go to a person. The agent transfers the call or books the appointment, and your agent takes it from there.
- Your team sets the rules. The scripts, the qualification criteria and which leads go to which agent are yours, and you can change them.
- People watch the early weeks. At launch we review conversations closely and keep tightening the agent until it sounds like your team.
Calling rules come first
In the US, the FCC has confirmed that AI-generated voices fall under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, so outbound calls need the right consent. We build the consent check into the call flow, before the agent dials, so a lead without it is never called. Your counsel decides which rules apply to you; the code makes them impossible to skip. Our article on the consent gate for AI voice agents explains how we build it.
How we set it up
- Learn how your team sells. One working session captures your scripts, qualification criteria, routing and what a good appointment looks like.
- Build around that. We set up the agent, connect it to your CRM and calendars, and tune it against real conversations.
- Go live with people watching. We review conversations closely in the first weeks and keep refining.
- Keep improving it as your market and the objections shift.
