On Call is our own product: an AI inside sales agent for real-estate teams. It calls new leads as they come in, holds a real phone conversation, qualifies them and books the appointment on the right agent's calendar, with the whole call written back to the team's CRM.
The problem
Real-estate teams buy leads and then lose many of them in the gap before anyone calls back. Leads arrive at night, at weekends and while agents are out at listing appointments. An inside sales agent fixes the gap, but a person cannot be on every lead around the clock.
What we built
- A voice agent that calls when the lead arrives. As soon as a lead lands in the CRM, the agent rings it, day or night.
- A real conversation, not a recorded message. The agent is set up with the team's own scripts, market, price points and the objections their agents actually hear.
- Qualification a person can read at a glance. Buying or selling, timeline, price range, financing, area, whether the lead already has an agent, and what is motivating the move, delivered as a short summary.
- Booking and handoff. The agent books the appointment straight onto the right agent's calendar, or transfers a hot lead to a live person in the middle of the call.
- Everything written back to the CRM. Calls, recordings, transcripts, summaries and the structured qualification data land on the contact in Follow Up Boss automatically.
How we built it
- Learn how the team sells. One working session captures the scripts, the qualification criteria, how leads should route and what a good appointment looks like.
- Build around that. We build the agent, connect it to the CRM and calendars, and tune it against real conversations until it sounds like the team rather than a generic bot.
- Go live with people watching. In the early weeks we review conversations closely and keep tightening the agent.
- Run it and keep improving it as the market and the objections shift.
Our role
Voice AI, agent workflows, CRM integrations and product engineering. On Call is a Voir Labs product, and we run it for the teams that use it.
