# AI Shark Tank, Live Pitching with AI Investors (Case Study)

AI Shark Tank is a live pitching experience in which founders pitch to AI investor personas that respond with voice and avatars. We worked with its founder for almost a year, from early conversations to building together, contributing to product strategy as well as the engineering behind the live, conversational AI investors.

## The challenge

A pitch is a live conversation. Each investor persona has to listen and respond in its own voice and character, alongside the other investors. That means several independent agents, voice and avatar output, and moderation all working together live.

## What we built

- **Independent investor agents**, each with its own persona, that respond to the founder's pitch.
- **Voice and avatar integrations**, so each investor speaks and appears as a character rather than a chat window.
- **Agent orchestration** that runs the investors together in one live conversation.
- **A live moderation experience** around the pitch.

## How we worked

We worked with the founder over almost a year: shaping the product in early conversations, then building it with them. Product thinking and engineering ran side by side.
