Six years in Web3 infrastructure, from DeFi protocols to developer SDKs, before moving into agentic AI, so the agent work is built around correctness, identity and auditability rather than demo polish. ## What Moosa builds - **Multi-agent orchestration**: An orchestrator coordinating eight or more specialised agents across content, social, web and SEO pods, connected to the tools a team already uses and running around the clock. - **Autonomy with an approval gate**: Agents that draft and act on their own, with a human checkpoint before anything goes out: every post and every outreach message waits for sign-off. - **Agents that move money**: Agents with wallets and a policy boundary around them: AI investor judges that invest on-chain within a set fund, and plain-English trading with payments and MEV protection built in. - **Voice and sales agents with compliance built in**: Agents that call, qualify and book, with consent-gated dialling, calling hours, instant opt-out, AI disclosure and an audit trail designed in from the start. ## Experience ### Product and engineering lead, Voir Labs (Dec 2024 to now) Leads product and engineering for a distributed team shipping agentic AI systems and Web3 infrastructure, for clients and for Voir Labs' own products. - Shipped FleetMind, a multi-agent orchestration system built on OpenClaw, and the approval-gated PULSE and LANCE agents. - Shipped in-house products including Offer Ahead, WhatsAgent, On Call and HashHunter. - Owns commercial strategy end to end: positioning, pricing, proposals and delivery. ### Technical product manager, A51 Finance (Sep 2024 to Jun 2025) Product for automated liquidity management and staking. - Designed and shipped the $A51 tokenomics: fixed supply, on-chain governance, revenue sharing, staking and LP incentives. - Shipped contracts with full test coverage, audited by Hashlock and Cyberscope. - Won the Starknet track at DevCon Thailand 2024. ### Head of product, Spock Analytics (Jul 2022 to Aug 2024) Owned the roadmap of a cross-domain analytics platform. - Took the platform from zero to 30,000+ monthly users across seven EVM chains. - Shipped the developer surface: an npm SDK and an adapter architecture that let protocol teams write their own integrations against a stable core. - Owned the data layer: blockchain ETL pipelines, a token price service and off-chain ingestion. ### Head of Web3 projects, Xord (Jan 2020 to now) The Web3 engineering studio Voir Labs grew out of. - Leads delivery on DeFi and Web3 products across EVM, Solana and Starknet, and an alpha team for zero-to-one experiments. - Shipped SHIELD, an open-source Circom ZK framework, plus Polkadot wallets, Dafi Protocol and Casper NFT tooling. ## Selected projects - **FleetMind**: Multi-agent orchestration: a business-development orchestrator over four pods (content, social, web and SEO) plus regional agents, with six or more system integrations. - **AI Shark Tank**: A live pitching experience where AI investor personas with memory and voice question founders in real time, and invest on-chain from their own wallets.
