Checks that tell a team when an agent's behaviour shifts, before its users notice. ## Experience ### Co-founder and head of AI products, Voir Labs (Nov 2024 to now) Co-founded an AI-first studio running client delivery and its own AI products. - Architects and builds agent systems hands-on: AI Shark Tank (about 60% of the codebase, solo), On Call and Little Why (solo). - Led architecture and shaped the product with clients on HashHunter, Volufy, an AI sales outreach agent, an AI HR assistant and spSTRK. - Has run business development since day one, and writes Voir Labs' articles on AI, agents, security and DeFi. ### Chief technology officer, Xord (Sep 2022 to Jan 2025) Joined in Dec 2019 as the sixth person, as a full-stack blockchain developer, and grew with Xord to more than 120. - Led technology for the services division and acted as CTO for client and venture products across Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot and Starknet. - Founded and led Xord ventures: Musafir Network (founder and CTO), Spock Analytics (development lead) and YieldArcade (built solo), and raised funds for all three. - Spoke as CTO on the Blockchain Trilemma panel at Web3 Disrupt, Karachi (Nov 2022). ### Co-founder and CEO, VoirStudio (Xord) (Apr 2021 to Sep 2022) Xord's DeFi products unit, a team of 10 to 12. Launched Unipilot (later A51 Finance) and worked hands-on in development and growth. ### Technical lead, Xord (Feb 2021 to Aug 2022) Second to the CTO, supporting about 40 engineers: learning roadmaps, code and security audits, architecture reviews, tech stacks and hiring. ### Project lead, development, Blockzero Labs (Jun 2020 to Jun 2021) Main technical lead on the Blockzero suite, leading Xord's team as it grew from 4 to 10 developers. - Shipped Flashstake's fixed-rate upfront yield, XIO staking, DropZero's Merkle-proof airdrops indexed through The Graph, and Aquafi. ## Selected projects - **AI Shark Tank**: A live AI-generated TV show where founders pitch to AI investor agents; premiered on Base's X account in May 2025. Built about 60% of it solo: the agents, avatars, voice cloning, virtual cameras and mics, and live orchestration with failsafes. Built solo, and ran its social channels. https://littlewhy.org - **HashHunter**: Architected a Telegram-based AI trading system across Solana, EVM and x402, and shaped the product with the client. - **Unipilot, later A51 Finance**: Co-founded one of the first automated liquidity managers for Uniswap v3 concentrated liquidity, later expanded across chains, other CLAMMs and Uniswap v4 hooks.
