Most AI MVPs fail by trying to do everything at once, or by being a demo that cannot survive real users. We help founders find the one job the product must do well, build that first useful release properly, and leave room to grow.

We build products of our own as well as for clients. Offer Ahead, our own demand intelligence SaaS, and AI Shark Tank, where we worked with the founder for almost a year on live AI investor personas, both started this way.

What a first release includes

  • Product shaping. We work through the idea with you: who it is for, the one thing they must be able to do, and what can wait.
  • Design. User journeys and interface design for the core flow, not every screen you might need later.
  • Engineering. The application, the data underneath and the AI features, built to keep, not thrown away after the demo.
  • AI that can change. Models, prompts and providers live in configuration, so switching a model is a setting, not a rebuild.

What to cut, and when not to build

  • Cut what is not the core job. Admin panels, settings and edge cases can wait until real users ask for them.
  • Fake the parts you can. Manual steps behind the scenes are fine in a first release if they let you learn sooner.
  • Sometimes AI is the wrong first step. If a simpler workflow or an integration solves the problem, we will say so. We are AI first in our expertise, but the right solution depends on your problem.

How we work

  1. Find the useful first version. What matters now, what can wait, and what needs testing before a bigger commitment.
  2. Make progress you can see. We agree the scope and show working software early and often.
  3. Launch to real users. The goal of an MVP is learning from people who use it.
  4. A team for what's next. We keep building with you once you know what users want.
